Your information

Privacy at Djems Electrical

Dzhelal Aliev trades as Djems Electrical Installations. Contact [email protected] about your information.

When you contact me

I use your contact details, postcode, job description and any photos you send to answer your enquiry, arrange a visit and carry out the agreed work. I keep job and payment records where needed to run the business and meet record-keeping requirements.

The message form prepares text in your browser. It does not submit your details to a Djems server. Opening WhatsApp passes that prepared text to WhatsApp, where you decide whether to send it.

The services this website uses

Cloudflare hosts this website and handles technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it. Calls, email and WhatsApp use their respective providers. Djems has not added advertising pixels or analytics cookies to this website.

Keeping and sharing information

I keep enquiry details only while they are needed for the enquiry and related work. Records needed for legal or tax purposes are kept for the required period. Information is shared with service providers only where needed to communicate, deliver the work or meet a legal obligation. I do not sell your details.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct your information, or ask for it to be deleted where it is no longer needed. Email me with your request. You can also raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
